Justin Timberlake highlights Jerry Jones’ star-studded Hall of Fame party
The stars came out for Jerry Jones on Friday night.
Justin Timberlake highlighted a star-studded bash by playing for roughly two hours at Jones’ Hall of Fame party put on by his family. The party kicked off with a tribute video featuring various celebrities using some of Jones’ famous “Jerry-isms”.
Then Timberlake wowed the crowd by coming onto the stage.
“We’re stoked to be here tonight”, Timberlake told the crowd of about 1,500. “Greatest owner in the history of sports being honored tonight”.
Timberlake played his songs, of course, and even mixed in some renditions of Michael Jackson’s “Shake Your Body” and Elvis Presley’s “Heartbreak Hotel”.
Along with Timberlake, other notable stars included rock star Jon Bon Jovi and New Jersey governor Chris Christie. And there was a who’s who of football ranging from commissioner Roger Goodell to a number of Hall of Famers such as Troy Aikman, Roger Staubach, Emmitt Smith, Michael Irvin, Tony Dorsett and Warren Sapp.
This year’s Cowboys team was also on hand for the celebration.
