Justin Timberlake’s Modern Soho Penthouse on the Market for Almost $8 Million

Singer Justin Timberlake and his actress wife, Jessica Biel, must have decided that two penthouse apartments in New York City were one too many. They have put their “starter penthouse”, as Variety described it, on the market for $8 million.

As we reported last summer, the couple purchased a posh Tribeca duplex for $20.2 million in a celeb-filled building, leaving them with an extra New York City apartment on their hands.

Timberlake has proved a savvy wheeler-dealer in real estate. In 2010, he picked up the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath penthouse for a song. He paid a discounted $6.5 million, according to reports at the time.

The stunner certainly hits a high note.
