Israeli actress and real life ‘Wonder Woman’ accompanied pop sensation Justin Timberlake on stage at the The Hollywood Reporter’s Power 100 Women in Entertainment breakfast to award over one million dollars in scholarships to 21 talented women on Wednesday.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Gadot was brought in as a last minute surprise to present the first ever Wonder Woman Scholarship, a full-ride, four-year grant funded by Warner Bros. to Loyola Marymount University.
Justin Timberlake was the scheduled presenter and self described “arm candy” of the 21 young women who were chosen as the 2018 class of The Hollywood Reporter’s highly competitive Women in Entertainment Mentorship Program. He presented each recipient with a $10,000 scholarship for university and stated how important it is for men to stand up for women’s rights.
