Justin Timberlake gives impromptu performance on Beale Street
Grammy award-winning singer Justin Timberlake made an impromptu appearance at B.B. King’s Blues Club Wednesday night according to several social media posts.
In one Facebook post, the singer appears while singing Chris Stapleton’s “Tennessee Whiskey”.
It’s unclear why the Millington native was in town, but he has been known for frequent surprise trips to Memphis, particularly if he’s promoting a “Memphis inspired” product.
The social media post also claimed producer Timbaland, a long-time musical partner of Timberlake’s, was also present, but no Timbaland sightings were verified.
It’s also unknown if he was consuming whiskey while singing about it.
