On Tuesday, ESPN released a trailer for its highly anticipated 10-part docuseries The Last Dance, which chronicles Michael Jordan and his Chicago Bulls dynasty—specifically the team’s last championship season in 1998.
The documentary features exclusive footage captured by a film crew that followed the Bulls during that fateful season, as Jordan led the Bulls to an elusive three-peat. The footage was kept in a vault for over 20 years.
Along with former Bulls players and associates, a host of cultural icons participated in the documentary. Bulls fanatic, Barack Obama, Kobe Bryant, Justin Timberlake, Nas, all appear in the documentary, and can be seen in the trailer above. Jordan also reportedly gets candid about life as the GOAT.
The trailer follows a longer clip that was released last year on Christmas. ESPN first announced the project in May of last year.
The Last Dance will finally debut in June 2020, during the NBA playoffs.
