One of the most talked-about tracks from Jay Z's Magna Carta Holy Grail was "BBC", which featured Justin Timberlake, Nas, and Timbaland.

In a recent interview with Hot 97's Angie Martinez, Timberlake, fresh off of his performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, confirmed Timbaland's earlier statement that the same collection of artists has recorded another track, titled "Sinatra in the Sands".

"It's funny how all this music came about is we were just in the studio at Jungle City, and all of this music just came out of that", explained Timberlake.

"Originally, I think, it was something Tim and I, obviously Tim did the beat and I wrote the hook, where....sort of in the style of Frank Sinatra, and I didn't know Jay was gonna be on it", he said.

Timberlake admitted that he hasn't yet heard the finished product. "I haven't heard it done. I've only heard what Tim and I did on it. I haven't heard any verses or anything. It's a mid. It gives you a feeling of this easy-going...I dunno. I don't want to say too much about it because I haven't heard the end of it, and Tim has been known to...go back and, 'Oh, I flipped the beat.'"

"Sinatra in the Sands" was discussed by Timbaland in July.

"Nas got a song right now with him, Jay, and Justin. It's completely stupid", Timbaland said in an interview with Revolt TV. "It's called 'Sinatra In The Sands.' And Justin sounds like Frank Sinatra".

"Sinatra in the Sands" is only one example of the collaborative work between Timbaland and Timberlake. In his interview with Hot 97, Timberlake discussed the trust they share.

"We trust each other a hundred-thousand percent", said the singer of Timbaland. "He never questions me about lyrics or melodies. And also, we really blur lines between the two of us on what we actually do in the studio. It's nothing for me to sit down and play something, and he goes, 'Oh, play that again,' and he'll loop it, and put drums around it. And sometimes, he, like, on 'My Love,' he gave me the hop... we were just sitting there mumbling stuff back-and-forth..".

JT also revealed that Drake will be featured on Timberlake's The 20/20 Experience 2 of 2. "The Drake thing was a song that was sitting around, and I just heard him on it. Drake and I have been, you know, tryin' to get at each other about doing a record. I think we'll probably end up doing more as time goes by as well".

Timberlake, who has performed fan-favorite "History of Rap" performances for "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon", also discussed some of his favorite Hip Hop records growing up. "When I was...ten, [A Tribe Called Quest's] Low End Theory came out. And then, obviously, Midnight Marauders. I got Midnight Marauders when I was twelve. Then I went back and got Low End Theory. Tribe was my first proper introduction", he revealed. "And then, at that time, too, I started listening to De La [Soul], Digital Underground, Pharcyde... Bizarre Ride II [the Pharcyde] was phenomenal".
