A Memphis home with a link to Justin Timberlake has sold.
The 4,300-square-foot home on Mud Island served as a business address for Timberlake’s Tennman Entertainment. The house, which sold for $890,000, was built in 1995 and has three bedrooms and three-and-half baths.
Valley View Revocable Trust, which is connected to Timberlake’s family, bought the house in 2006 for $1.1 million, according to records.
Real estate news concerning Timberlake isn’t confined to Memphis. The New York Post reported several weeks ago that Timberlake and his wife, Jessica Biel, were selling their New York City penthouse.
The Post reported the couple was under contract to sell the 2,598-square-foot apartment on West Broadway. The last reported asking price was $6.35 million.
