No Drake, no Justin Timberlake but Memphis Madness delivers great entertainment
For a week, Memphis was buzzing off one rumor. Would Drake and Justin Timberlake actually show up at Memphis Madness?
The FedExForum buzzed Thursday waiting to see if it was true. Well, neither Drake nor Timberlake showed up and it almost didn’t matter on a night filled with celebrating Penny Hardaway and the men’s basketball team.
Musically, there was still plenty to enjoy with local talent adding to a night that not only celebrated the Memphis basketball teams but also Memphis rap.
